Structure fire

Any fire that occurred in or on a building or other structure.

Our investigators are experienced in investigating fires at the following occupancies: 

• Commercial buildings (office, restaurant, retail, hotels, warehouses, etc.);

• Industrial buildings (factories, manufacturing plants, laboratories, data centers, oil refineries, power stations, etc.); and

• Static plants, machinery, and equipment

Vehicle fire

Any fire that occurred in or on a vehicle. This include:

• road vehicles (cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles);

• Heavy equipment (mining, construction, agricultural, etc.);

• Rail vehicles; and

• Ships, boats, and marine equipment

outside &
other fires

Any fire that is not a structure or vehicle fire. This include:

• Vegetation Fires (agricultural farms, plantation, outside grass);

• Outdoor Trash Burning (outside trash, landfill, waste piles)

• Property Stored in the Open (bulk stockpile, temporary equipment, power distribution equipment)

• Other unclassified fires
